Creative concept · F&B brand experience

A spot in every kitchen.

The project explores how ordinary food packaging can be transformed into a collectible brand experience that connects physical products, household visibility, customer participation, and digital engagement.

The business challenge

Brands compete for attention every day.

Products compete for shelf space. Advertisements compete for attention on social media. Promotions compete through discounts and giveaways. But once an advertisement disappears from the screen, the brand often disappears from the customer’s attention with it.

How could a food brand remain visible after the purchase?

The strategic insight

The refrigerator is where everyday life lives.

It is a place where shopping lists, photographs, reminders, and small personal objects naturally live. Food packaging already has distinctive colors, shapes, and visual characteristics.

What if a product package could become a fridge magnet?

The big idea

A spot in every kitchen.

Turn familiar food packaging into a family of miniature, three-dimensional fridge magnets. Each magnet represents a product in the range. Together, they form a collectible family that customers can discover, display, and complete.

The creative execution

Five moves, one idea.

  1. 01 Packaging becomes a collectibleMiniature fridge magnets inspired by selected food packages.
  2. 02 One product becomes a familyInstead of a single magnet, a collection that can be displayed together.
  3. 03 A purchase becomes an invitationA proposed gift-with-purchase, launching with three selected designs.
  4. 04 The kitchen becomes the campaign canvasA social challenge around completing the collection.
  5. 05 The collection keeps evolvingNew designs, seasonal editions and creator partnerships.

The customer journey

A connected sequence, not separate promotions.

  1. 01 DiscoverThe customer encounters the concept through a participating product, promotional communication, or creator content.
  2. 02 CollectA purchase incentive introduces a magnet and creates interest in the wider collection.
  3. 03 DisplayThe customer places the magnet in the kitchen, giving the brand a physical presence in the home.
  4. 04 ParticipateThe customer is invited to complete the collection and share a photograph through a social challenge.
  5. 05 ReturnNew designs and seasonal editions create potential reasons to engage again.

The business opportunity

Value across several marketing objectives.

  • Brand salience

A useful physical collectible can provide continued visibility in the household beyond the original advertising exposure. The actual duration and frequency of that exposure would need to be validated.

  • Product consideration

A collectible gift can provide an additional reason to consider a participating product without relying exclusively on discounts.

  • Customer engagement

A collection-based challenge gives customers a specific activity to participate in, rather than asking them simply to like or comment on a post.

  • Organic content opportunities

Photographs of completed collections can create a natural user-generated content format, providing opportunities for community participation and organic visibility.

  • Repeat-purchase opportunities

New designs and limited editions can create additional campaign moments and potential reasons for customers to return. The impact on actual repeat purchasing must be measured.

  • Campaign longevity

The concept can extend across product lines and relevant seasonal periods, providing a repeatable creative platform instead of a single short-lived activation.

The proposed activation plan

A rollout framework in four phases.

  1. Phase 01Introduce the collection

Launch the first three selected magnet designs through a proposed gift-with-purchase promotion.

The objective is to introduce the collectible concept and encourage initial participation.

  2. Phase 02Invite the community

Introduce the collection challenge, encouraging customers to display their magnets and share their collections.

The objective is to create a recognizable participation mechanic and encourage customer-generated content.

  3. Phase 03Extend the experience

Explore micro-influencer kits, kitchen-display content, and additional product designs.

The objective is to extend the campaign into new audiences and content opportunities.

  4. Phase 04Create new moments

Develop relevant seasonal editions and additional collection releases.

The objective is to give the creative platform room to evolve over time.

This is a proposed rollout framework. The phases are not confirmed or completed activations.

Measuring success

Evaluated against defined indicators.

The evaluation should distinguish between activity metrics, such as social engagement, and commercial outcomes, such as incremental sales and contribution margin.

Potential KPIs

  • Gift redemption rate.
  • Incremental product sales compared with an appropriate baseline or comparison group.
  • Cost per participating customer.
  • Number of valid customer-generated posts.
  • Campaign reach and engagement.
  • Repeat-purchase rate.
  • Cost per acquired or reactivated customer, where measurable.
  • Contribution margin after the cost of producing and distributing the collectibles.

The Snaptiks point of view

A good campaign does more than capture attention. It gives people a reason to remember, interact, and return.

The strongest creative ideas connect a simple human insight to a tangible brand experience and then extend that experience across the customer journey. For this concept, a small object becomes the connection between product, household, collection, and community.

That is the opportunity of creative strategy: finding a new role for something familiar and turning it into an experience that people can understand, participate in, and remember.
