The detail behind the story

The business challenge
Organizations working to support export development operate across multiple environments. They must communicate their mission digitally, maintain a credible professional presence, reach relevant business audiences, participate in industry events, and communicate complex services in a clear and compelling way.
Digital channels require consistent communication and audience development. Paid media requires relevant creative and clear campaign objectives. Corporate events require a coherent identity across invitations, stage screens, signage, and printed materials. Photography and video must capture important moments and extend their value beyond the event itself. When these activities are handled as isolated tasks, the overall brand experience can become fragmented. The opportunity was to coordinate these touchpoints under one strategic and creative direction.
The Snaptiks approach
- 01 Build the digital foundation
Establish and improve the organization’s digital presence across relevant platforms. The work included creating and connecting social media accounts, improving profile information, adding relevant contact details, and strengthening the consistency of the organization’s online presence. The objective was to establish a clearer foundation for communication and audience development.
- 02 Create a consistent content system
Develop and publish content across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. The content program supported ongoing communication, promoted the organization’s mission and services, and maintained a presence across platforms serving different audience needs. The objective was not simply to publish more content, but to establish a coordinated communication system.
- 03 Connect creative content with paid media
Develop and run paid advertising across Meta platforms and Google. Campaigns used different creative formats and messages to support objectives such as awareness, reach, website traffic, engagement, and lead generation. The approach connected creative production with media distribution, allowing campaign content to reach audiences beyond the organization’s existing followers.
- 04 Bring the brand into the real world
Extend the organization’s identity into conferences, exhibitions, and corporate events. The scope included digital and printed invitations, branded envelopes, media walls and backdrops, stage-screen graphics, roll-up banners, pop-up displays, staff and guest badges, corporate business cards, and event-specific presentation materials, each designed to contribute to a consistent brand experience across the event environment.
- 05 Turn events into content
An event should not be limited to the people physically attending it. Snaptiks supported event communication through video production, live social coverage, and photography, extending the event’s presence into digital channels and creating material that could be used to communicate the organization’s activities beyond the venue.
- 06 Coordinate the entire experience
The core value of the engagement was the integration of these activities. Digital communication supported the organization’s ongoing presence. Paid campaigns extended distribution. Creative assets established visual consistency. Event branding carried the identity into physical spaces. Photography and video created content that could continue working after the event.
